Ordering and Payment Options
Whether this is your first time shopping online or your hundredth time, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. That's why we offer two easy and convenient ways to shop the Exposures web site. Take a look...
1. One way to shop our website is to simply browse through the items by clicking on a category along the top of the screen. You will be able to search our selection of albums, scrapbooks, frames, storage and gifts.
2. And if you have an idea of what you're looking for but aren't sure exactly where to find it, try our Search Feature located at the top of the page. It allows you to look for an item using a keyword or by simply typing the product number.

Certain transactions on our site may result in a pop-up page being displayed. If you click on the "Add to Bag" button and nothing appears to happen, you probably have a pop-up blocker preventing the next page from showing. You can temporarily disallow the pop-up blocker from preventing display. Please see instructions for your particular blocker software. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping & Handling Information

We process all non-personalized in-stock items in the contiguous US within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Allow 2 to 3 additional business days for orders with personalized items. Please use a street address whenever possible; PO boxes may delay delivery. Upon completion of your order allow five business days for delivery.

We will ship to APO and FPO address, as well as the US Territories and Canada (see "priority mail" below).

Express Shipping (No PO Boxes Allowed)
We have three express shipping methods in addition to the standard shipping listed above. Express shipping is not available for oversized items; shipments to PO boxes, drop-ship items, or out-of-stock items.

Express Shipping: FedEx Home/Ground 3-4 Day Service Your order will arrive in 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above). Additional Cost: $8.99.

2nd Day Air Shipping: FedEx Air 2 Day Service Your order will arrive in 2 business days after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above). Additional Cost: $13.99.

Overnight Shipping: FedEx 1 Day Air Your order will arrive the next day after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above).Additional Cost: $37.99.

PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING IS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. $6.00 will be added to Priority Mail orders shipped to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. It is highly recommended that customers outside the Continental United States choose Priority Mail Service, otherwise it can take as much as 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy
At Exposures, your 100% satisfaction is our goal. Please carefully inspect your purchase, and if an item you received is not satisfactory for any reason, please return it to us within 90 days of your purchase for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Please note that we will not accept returns based on normal wear and tear. In addition, we will not accept returns for personalized items unless the item is damaged or defective. Included with your purchase are easy return instructions on the back of the packing slip. Or, you may contact our Customer Service Department for detailed instructions.
