        I ordered this album to make a sophisticated family album for my husband. When it arrived it was beautiful, truly better than pictured. As I looked through the pages I was disappointed that it did not have any true photo protectors... There is just the paper and then it is layered with a tissue-like paper to protect them (one protectant page was slightly ripped when it arrived so I wasn't thrilled about that either). Overall I give it 4 stars because its beautiful and it will make a great memory and history album BUT I do wish they came up with a better idea to keep the photos protected.
