      This was my first purchase from Exposures but will probably be my last. Although I was not expecting a pristine platter for the price paid, neither was I expecting a less than average product. The material used in manufacturing this product appears very cheap and the finish is dull. I was especially disappointed in the attempts to monogram the product. Since I had selected only one letter as a single monogram, I did not imagine it could be a problem. However, the letter monogram appeared to be appliqued with a stencil and a poor quality stencil at that! The monogram attempt was amateur and unattractive. Had I not special ordered this as an intended gift, I would be returning it.

            I loved the platters and had several personalized as Christmas gifts last year. Wasn't I surprised when more than one recipient informed me that the inscription started to wash off with the first use and got lighter and lighter with each additional use...
            I would love to order more but have not heard back from customer service as to weather or not the problem has been rectified...
