I have been ordering the hand painted frame since 2007. This year they changed the frame to a cheap screen printed frame that is a different size than years past. I am so sad to see my lovely tradition of placing my kids costume picture each year in the adorable frame come to end. Exposures, please bring back the hand painted frames!!!!!

Cheap and Ugly
from North Carolina
My family has been collecting these frames for twelve years. While the Christmas frames are still hand-painted and beautiful, this Halloween frame is cheap, ugly, and an entirely different size. I called Customer Service to suggest that Exposures return to the hand-painted option and I got nowhere with the rep. We're sad to see that a lovely family tradition is now broken.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is my family's 4th year ordering the Halloween frame. It had become a tradition to take a picture all dressed up in our costumes and then having all of the frames lined up on our mantel. It has become our favorite Halloween decoration. These new frames are terrible. I can easily get something that looks just as nice at our local department store, and for a lower cost. PLEASE bring back the handpainted Halloween frames...we'd love to continue our tradition and I would like to continue giving you that business.

Every year I buy the Halloween frame. We have a large collection of these frames with the kids in their Halloween costumes, the frames are part of our Halloween decorations now. This year I ordered the frame and it is so cheaply made it looks almost sad next to the ones from previous years. Very disappointed that Exposures has basically done away with my family's tradition.
