Absolutely love Metro Gallery System

Comments about Metro Gallery Hanging System:
Clean lines that don't detract from photography. Flexibility in arrangement/spacing of frames. Absolutely thrilled with how this system looks on my wall. The only problem--a small one--was figuring out how to attached moulding rail to moulding caps, but a quick call to Exposures gave us exactly the information we needed, and another user was kind enough to answer my question in the FAQ/new questions section.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Casual Photographer
Nice picture hanging system for the price especially since, unlike many other similar/more expensive systems, everything needed to hang your frames is included. The shipping packaging was a little flimsy and the hanging bar arrived a little bent, but nothing that couldn't be straightened out. If you're considering this system for your home, take a chance! You'll be pleasantly surprised without breaking your budget.
nice display application

I look forward to hanging this. Hope it won't be much of a problem. The packaging for the product is poor, resulting in the rods being bent. It has taken me weeks of attempts to flatten the rods out. I was worried this would happen after reading other comments; so I was prepared for it. If it hangs nicely I will be quite satisfied with it. I like the simple but effective design. I would have liked to have gotten the frames shown with it; but they are not available I guess. I emailed Exposures to ask but they never got back to me.
descriptive headline adequate as is

this system is quite useful for displaying pix of similar content.installation is a snap if the instructions are adhered to and accurate location of the rail snaps is done.tighten the frame rods securely to prevent pix frame from dropping.overall quality good, but unit is not designed for expansion.could be due to weight limitations

Be aware this unit allows no flexibility. It comes with only 5 hangars and even though they claim it is expandable that is only achieved by buying a whole new system. Buyer beware and explore the market for more flexible systems if that is important to you.

The horizontal bars do not hang per the instructions. The brass snap pieces just jam into the drywall. I had to make my own hanging hardware.Once the horizontal bars were up, we started putting pictures on the rods. The rods are some kind of resin composite. They were slightly bent when delivered. I thought I could bend them back and maybe with enough time I could have, but they were hanging bent. After about 15 minutes hanging, one of the rods pulled out of its hanging hook (the hook that hangs from the horizontal bar). The picture shattered when it hit the floor and dented my hardwood.Customer service credited me the cost of system, but now I am stuck with two horizontal bars on the wall and I don't trust the system to hold the weight of any pictures. I will try to modify the hanging rods to make them reliable, but this has turned out to be a lot more work than if I had just hung the pictures on the wall.
