Can I check my phone or mail orders on the web?

We do not offer that kind of payment option. However, you may download a printable order form from the website and mail it in with a check.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is a tax imposed by state and local jurisdictions on retailers for the privilege of selling tangible goods to consumers. Exposures Online collects the applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to Wisconsin. We do not collect sales or use taxes in any other states. Each state and local jurisdiction has their own calculation and guidelines for what are “taxable goods” and what are exempted. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog or by other remote means. What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
Once you submit your order, we will email you twice, confirming that we have received your order. The initial confirmation does not contain any details, but lets you know we have received your order. You will then receive a more detailed confirmation within minutes of ordering. We will also email a shipping confirmation when your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.
When I add a product to my basket, nothing happens.

Do you have an order form that I can print?
What is SMARTpay?
Installment billing is available for credit card orders only and is subject to approval. (Debit cards may be used however charges will be preauthorized and funds will be reserved in your account prior to billing.) Merchandise total must exceed $150 after discounts, promotions, and gift certificates have been applied to your order. Your merchandise total will be divided into four equal payments. The first payment will also include shipping & handling fees and sales tax and will be charged to your credit card on the date we ship your order. The balance due will be divided into equal monthly payments each commencing 30 days from the date of your previous payment. We will automatically charge your credit card until full payment is received. In the case of split shipments, drop shipments, or backorders your payments may be split based on when your items ship. There is no interest charged by The Exposures Online Company for installment billing. Normal interest charges may be applied by your credit card company per your individual card agreement. If unable to obtain credit card authorization at the time of billing, you authorize The Exposures Online Company to charge up to the full unpaid balance to another credit card we have on file. Installment Billing only available on select offers.

How do I send my photos in for the photo product I ordered?
* Send a color or black-and-white print.
* Photos need to be 2" x 3" to 8" x 10".
* If possible, send separate photo for each product you would like.
* Indicate your name and the product you are ordering on the back of the photo.
* Use clean sheets of paper to separate and protect photos from ink marks.
* If copyrighted (all studio photos are), send studio's written permission to reproduce along with the photo.

Yes, you can. You may choose to either upload your photos or mail them to us. Should you choose to mail in your photos, please print your name, address, and order number on the back of your photo(s) and send to:

If I order a personalized product and non-personalized product, will I receive all merchandise in the same order or in multiple shipments?
All in-stock merchandise will ship together. If your order contains personalized and non-personalized products, the in-stock merchandise should ship together.
Can I have my order shipped to me at a different address?
You can ship an order to yourself at a different address. Physical street addresses are preferred to a P.O. Box number. You may not express ship orders to a P.O. Box.
Do you have express shipping?
Yes, we have three express shipping methods in addition to the Economy shipping. Express shipping is not available for shipments outside the contiguous US, to P.O. Boxes or for oversized, drop-ship or out-of-stock items.
- Standard: Your order will arrive in 3 to 6 business days after leaving our warehouse (see "How do you ship orders?" below for processing time). Delivery occurs Tuesday through Saturday for residences; Monday through Friday for business addresses. Additional cost: $9.99
- Premium: Your order will arrive in 3 business days after leaving our warehouse (see "How do you ship orders?" below for processing time). Delivery occurs Monday through Friday. Additional cost: $14.99
- Next Business Day (if ordered by 1:00PM Central): Your order will arrive the next day after leaving our warehouse (see "How do you ship orders?" below for processing time). Delivery occurs Monday through Friday. Additional cost: $38.99
USPS Priority Mail is for customers OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES ONLY. It is highly recommended that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories choose Priority Mail Service in order to receive their package in 7-10 business days; otherwise, it can take as much as 2 to 4 weeks. Additional cost: $8.00
A $7.95 surcharge will be added for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally in addition to APO and FPO addresses as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories.
How do you ship orders?
We use USPS as our primary delivery agent. In most cases, orders that ship from our distribution center will arrive in approximately 4 to 8 business days. We process all non-personalized, in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Allow 2 additional business days for orders with personalized items. Please use a street address whenever possible; P.O. Boxes may delay delivery.
All items that are in stock will ship together unless they are physically extra large or are drop-ship (direct delivered from another location).
We also have express shipping options available via UPS. See “Do you have express shipping?” above for more details.
Do you offer shipping offers?
We offer Free Shipping on select items! Look for the “Item Ships Free” indicator on all eligible merchandise to save money. Shipping discount will automatically be deducted at checkout.
Our shipping costs are based on merchandise subtotal. Merchandise eligible for the Free Shipping discount will be deducted from your overall merchandise subtotal when tabulating shipping costs at checkout. You will only be charged shipping and handling for merchandise that is NOT eligible for the Free Shipping discount.
The Free Shipping offer is limited to economy shipping only and is valid on qualifying merchandise before taxes, fees and discounts. Certain oversized items may include an additional surcharge as indicated on the applicable product page. Offer does not apply to International orders. What are Gift Certificates?
